Where is my order?
Log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the current state of your ongoing or prior orders.
You may also find out the status of your order by clicking on the link
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order within one hour of putting it on the website by using one of the following mechanisms:
(i) Your account section on the website;
(ii) The website’s chat feature is enabled.
You will not be able to cancel an order if it is not cancelled within one hour.
Prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website will receive a full refund. After we have verified your cancellation request, we will reimburse your money within 24-48 business hours.
Do You Accept returns?
All orders purchased on Dr.Moss are eligible for returns within 48 hours after delivery.
Please follow the steps below to ensure that the return request is executed successfully.
- Ensure that all items, including the invoice, are returned in unused condition.
- Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, including any price tags, labels, packaging boxes, and/or accessories.
Please keep in mind that all return orders are subject to a quality check.
Do you make refunds?
Yes. Refunds are available on all returned orders that pass the quality inspection. All refunds, if any, will be refunded to your account within 7 working days of the order being picked up.

CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can modify the shipping and billing address at any time in the website’s My Account area. Once updated, your new address will be used for orders placed following the modification.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY HISTORY OF ORDER?
Go to the website’s My Accounts section and select My Orders to view your order history.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY PASSWORD OR LOGIN EMAIL?
You can click on forgot password to reset your password or send us an email at to modify your email address.
IF MY PASSWORD IS FORGOTTEN, WHAT DO I DO?
Click the “forgot password” link on the log-in page to reset your password.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ADD ITEMS TO MY WISHLIST?
We do not yet allow users to add goods to their wishlists.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All domestic orders are sent within 7 working days of being processed
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You may follow the status of your existing or previous orders by going to your account’s “My Orders” area.
When your order is dispatched, you will be able to monitor it via our website or a tracking link given to you.
If your order has been dispatched but you are still unable to track it, please wait 12 hours before attempting again.
In exceptional situations, the courier partner may take longer to produce a tracking link.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE IF I AM ALLERGIC TO THE INGREDIENT OR PRODUCT?
Products are safe to use, suited for all skin types (even sensitive skin), and have undergone clinical testing.
You can perform a patch test if you are still uncertain about the product’s potential response (if any) on your skin.
To perform your own patch test, adhere to the guidelines below:
Step 1: Place a tiny amount of product behind the ears or on a spotless area close to the jawline.
Step 2: Keep everything dry.
Step 3: Before removing the product, let it sit for four to six hours.
