When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the current state of your ongoing or prior orders.

You may also find out the status of your order by clicking on the link

You can cancel your order within one hour of putting it on the website by using  one of the following mechanisms:

(i) Your account section on the website; 

(ii) The website’s chat feature is enabled.

You will not be able to cancel an order if it is not cancelled within one hour.

Prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website will receive a full refund. After we have verified your cancellation request, we will reimburse your money within 24-48 business hours.

All orders purchased on Dr.Moss are eligible for returns within 48 hours after delivery.

 

Please follow the steps below to ensure that the return request is executed successfully.

  1. Ensure that all items, including the invoice, are returned in unused condition.
  2. Ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, including any price tags, labels, packaging boxes, and/or accessories.

Please keep in mind that all return orders are subject to a quality check.

Yes. Refunds are available on all returned orders that pass the quality inspection. All refunds, if any, will be refunded to your account within 7 working days of the order being picked up.
